
How we came to know this business:
My husband Ryan and I own a Jerky Business (RickeysJerky.com). We used to travel to many States of the USA to sell our jerky at festivals and fairs. During our long drives, we used to listen to books and podcasts, it was a great time to have endless discussions on a great variety of topics.
The Jake and Gino podcast (JakeandGino.com) was one of the most informative and motivating ones. Mina suggested to Ryan to join Jake and Gino to learn the multifamily business, but Ryan suggested that instead, we joined his personal friend’s course on Land Acquisition (VestRight.com) with Cody Bjugan, so we did.
Covid restrictions
As Covid restrictions started to become the rule on March 2020, all the fairs and festivals in the country got cancelled. We found ourselves having time to start our Land Acquisition career, except that the County and State Offices were also closed. Filled with frustration, we decided to keep ourselves busy by traveling to see family. However, by September of 2020 we were ready to get back to work, but the country was still closed. That is when we decided to join Jake and Gino’s program on Multifamily. Right after we joined, we started to study this intricate business, it was like learning a different language.
After 2 years of studying the business, we understood that our value was on the Capital Raising side of the business. You see, the multifamily business can be such large projects that it takes a team to accomplish it successfully. Someone will be a deal finder, someone else may be the deal underwriter, someone else even may be the key principal, etc.

As capital raisers, we share our personal core values:
God first. In our society is rare to talk about God but we don’t apologize for it. We believe He has placed the foundation of humanity and He is our clearest moral compass.
Integrity. Doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
Steady and Sustainable Growth. We thrive by being conscious that we will only grow if we put our investors growth first. This is synergy, when our Investors grow, we grow. As we grow, our investors grow as well.
Building meaningful relationships with our investors and our customers. Offering the best investing opportunities to our investors and making sure our partners operating the assets are aware of the social impact on the community where we are investing.
